Terms for using Life Admin and purchasing Pro.

1. Provider and scope

These terms cover Life Admin and its Pro features. The app is not yet publicly released and purchases are not available on this website. After launch, the app is distributed through the Apple App Store. The Apple Standard EULA governs the app licence. Mandatory law and applicable App Store terms take precedence over any conflicting provision here.

2. Purpose and requirements

Life Admin is a personal organiser for items, documents, dates and reminders on iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. The interface is currently in English. Some features need permissions or supported hardware. Basic storage works locally; iCloud and purchases depend on Apple services and connectivity.

The app does not renew contracts, make payments or cancel third-party services. Check dates, reminders and document suggestions against the original information. Obtain appropriate professional advice for legal, financial or medical decisions.

3. Free and Pro

Free includes up to 5 active items, the built-in categories, attachments, reminders, search, scanning, widgets, local backups and 30-day recovery. Archived and completed items do not count. Pro adds unlimited active items, custom category creation, Face ID / Touch ID app lock with device passcode fallback, optional private iCloud sync and one-way Apple Calendar export. Existing items and categories remain available after Pro expires; adding or reactivating an item needs room within the Free limit. An already enabled app lock remains on for privacy until you turn it off.

Features may be updated for improvements, security or compatibility. Changes to paid services are subject to applicable consumer rights. These terms do not exclude rights relating to conformity of digital content or services.

4. Pro prices and purchases

These are planned prices for the Slovenian App Store in EUR, including taxes. Before confirmation, the app and App Store display your final price, local currency, billing period and any applicable offer. Regional prices may differ. This website does not process payments. Apple handles purchases and billing.

5. Subscriptions, cancellation and Lifetime

Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation. The next period renews unless you cancel in time, generally at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.

Lifetime is a one-time purchase of Pro for the lifetime of Life Admin as a product. It does not expire after a month or year and does not automatically renew. It does not guarantee perpetual availability of the app, every future Apple platform or external services. If you already subscribe, cancel that subscription yourself in Apple settings when switching to avoid further billing. A Lifetime purchase does not cancel an existing subscription automatically.

6. Restoring purchases, refunds and consumer rights

Use Restore purchases with the same Apple Account to restore an eligible purchase. Access requires a successfully verified entitlement. A refunded or revoked purchase may lose Pro access.

For billing problems and refund requests, use Apple Report a Problem. You can also contact the provider at support@lifeadmin.si. Transactions are subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms.

Your statutory rights, including conformity rights, remedies for non-conformity and withdrawal rights where applicable, remain unaffected. For digital content, withdrawal rights can cease only under the conditions of applicable law, including any required prior express consent to begin performance and acknowledgement of losing that right. Simply using this website does not provide that consent.

7. Data, iCloud and backups

See the privacy policy. Keep backups of important information, protect your device and Apple Account, and check sharing destinations. iCloud is an optional Apple service whose availability depends on account, storage, network and platform conditions. Apple Calendar export is one-way; changes in that calendar are not imported into Life Admin.

8. Reminders and accuracy

Reminders require system permission and their presentation also depends on system settings. The app schedules the nearest 60 local reminders and replenishes the list when opened. Document suggestions may contain errors. Life Admin assists organisation and does not replace checking critical deadlines or original documents.

9. Acceptable use and ownership

Use the app lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not bypass purchase protections or interfere with security or operation. The provider or its licensors own the software, name and design. Your documents and content remain yours. The Apple Standard EULA and applicable law define the licence.

10. Liability, governing law and changes

We maintain the app with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free operation. Liability is determined by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Slovenian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections available in your country of habitual residence. This does not restrict rules protecting consumers concerning court jurisdiction. Contact support with complaints. We update the effective date and communicate material changes where required.
