We’re here for your questions.

For troubleshooting, include your device model, iOS version and the steps that led to the issue. Before sending a screenshot, cover personal details and document content. We don’t need your passwords, payment details or private documents.

Purchases and refunds

After launch, Apple will process in-app purchases. To restore an eligible purchase, use Restore purchases in the app. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. For billing issues or refund requests, visit Apple Report a Problem.

Your items and documents

We cannot access your local items or private iCloud database. We can help with the steps for exporting, importing, recovery and settings.
